No. We simply require a 50% deposit to reserve your project and purchase materials. The remaining 50% is due once your deck is complete and you're 100% satisfied with the finished project.

We generally don't recommend it. As a professional deck builder, we're often able to purchase materials at contractor pricing, which can be more competitive than retail pricing. Purchasing your own materials may not save money and can sometimes create delays, warranty concerns, or compatibility issues. By supplying the materials, we can ensure everything meets our quality standards and is backed by the appropriate manufacturer warranties.

For many homeowners, yes. 

While composite decking has a higher upfront cost than pressure-treated wood, it requires significantly less maintenance and doesn't need regular staining or sealing. Over time, many homeowners find that composite decking provides excellent long-term value.
